Job title : Content Creator & Social Media Manager

- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Develop and execute social media content calendars
- Design graphics, write captions, and produce short-form videos/reels
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
- Respond to inquiries and engage with online audiences
- Cover property inspections, project updates, company activities, and events
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports
- Support digital marketing and brand awareness campaigns
Requirements:
- OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging real estate and corporate content
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
