Job Description
- We're seeking an experienced Head of Finance to manage all financial operations and activities of the company.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Provide strategic guidance on risk management and investment opportunities
- Manage capital structure and funding strategies
- Collaborate with executive management to support business growth and operational efficiency
- Drive financial performance, profitability and sustainability Oversee financial reporting and risk management
- Lead the finance team and drive overall financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage
- ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional certification is required
- Minimum 8 years' experience in senior financial management, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, IFRS, FRCN
- Experience in strategic portfolio management, cost efficiency modelling and scenario planning
- Strong ability to use digital finance tools and data analytics for decision-making and reporting
- Candidates residing around Ikorodu, Ketu or Mile 12 are preferred
