Field Technician
I-World Networks (7 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain network infrastructure at client sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
- Configure and deploy network equipment (routers, switches, access points)
- Provide on-site technical support and customer service
- Document installation procedures and service reports
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- No prior experience required - training provided.
- Basic computer networking knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
