Job Title: Relationship Manager (ABO Manager Grade)
Location: Epe, Victoria Island, Lekki & Mainland, Lagos

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking experienced and results-driven Relationship Managers (ABO Manager Grade) to join a leading commercial bank across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management, business development, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition within the banking sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage profitable customer relationships within the assigned business segment.
- Drive deposit mobilization, asset creation, and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding existing relationships.
- Cross-sell the Bank's products and services to achieve business targets.
- Conduct credit assessments and monitor the quality of assigned loan portfolios.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through proactive relationship management.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with the Bank's credit and risk policies.
- Identify market trends, business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective banking solutions.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant Relationship Management experience within a commercial bank.
- Candidates must currently be on ABO (Assistant Banking Officer) to Manager Grade in a commercial bank.
- Experience in any of the following business segments: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, or Private Banking.
- Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
