Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Promote the company's financial products and services
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned business development and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunites.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Development, Sale, Marketing or a related role
- Previous experience working in a bank or financial institution is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, customer acquisition, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Must be target driven, proactive, and customer focused.
