Operations Assistant (NYSC)

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and resourceful assistant to the CEO to provide administrative, operational and business support: coordinating daily activities, managing client relationships, supervising operations and supporting growth. The role suits someone who works independently, manages multiple priorities and takes ownership with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Manage and support the Customer Success Manager
- Follow up on client invoices and payments
- Onboard business clients and ensure KYC is complete
- Assign cleaners and confirm they report to work
- Reach out to new businesses to help us grow
