Area Manager
a Leading Renewable Energy Company - Workforce Group (8 Openings)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field-sales teams across assigned territories.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance against agreed KPIs.
- Drive customer acquisition and territory penetration.
- Coach, mentor and motivate Sales Executives/Territory Managers.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased revenue.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide hands-on sales leadership.
- Analyse sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and productivity.
- Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence to management.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 years work experience
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for experienced field-sales leaders who have successfully managed sales teams, territories and revenue targets.

- FMCG Sales
- Telecommunications

- Microfinance
- Banking Sales

- Renewable Energy / Solar Sales
- Other high-volume, field-based sales environments

Benefits
- Salary: N500,000 Monthly
- Additional Earnings: Commission on Sales
