HRD Solutions Ltd is recruiting Sales Affiliates – Federal Business to support business growth, customer acquisition and relationship development across selected states in Nigeria (Locations: Adamawa, Plateau, Borno, Akwa Ibom, Nasarawa & Edo State). Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Promote the organisation's products and services to businesses and relevant institutions. Meet agreed sales and business development targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, leads and market opportunities. Requirements Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification. Experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition or related roles is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field. Candidates should preferably reside in or have strong knowledge of their assigned location.
