Operation Support Officer (OPF022)

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across daily company activities.
• Coordinate internal processes and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Monitor assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, clients and other stakeholders when required.
• Support logistics, procurement and general office operations.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate issues appropriately.
• Assist management with planning, coordination and implementation of operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ relevant work experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
