Manager

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day waste collection activities within the assigned zone.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure timely evacuation of waste from clients' premises.
- Identify estates, communities, business premises, and institutions not currently receiving waste management services and initiate engagement.
- Liaise with residents, estate managers, community leaders, and clients to address service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of waste management operations and client activities within the zone.
- Monitor waste collection personnel and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the General Manager.
- Promote environmental sanitation and public health compliance within the assigned zone.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant field.
- Must reside within Bwari Area Council.
- Strong communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve operational targets.
- Previous experience in waste management, environmental health, public health, community development, or field operations will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of the assigned area and surrounding communities.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 / month.
