Senior Strategy Manager

Job Summary
- They are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to lead corporate strategy, business transformation, performance management, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that will drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
- Drive business transformation and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Monitor organizational performance and develop executive dashboards.
- Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic advisory support to executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects and champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Planning, Business Transformation, or Strategic Project Management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and advising senior executives.
- Strong analytical, financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
