Enterprise Sales, Strategic Accounts & Revenue Growth Manager

Job Description
- Identify, pursue and convert high-value corporate clients, institutional buyers, government-linked opportunities, real estate prospects, event clients, media clients, construction leads and strategic accounts that can generate measurable revenue for UR9 Group.
- Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, client engagement, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, deal closure, account onboarding and post-sale relationship management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, corporate partners, HNIs, investors, developers, vendors, and institutional clients to drive repeat business, referrals, cross-selling and long-term revenue growth across UR9 subsidiaries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Sales Management or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, client acquisition, corporate partnerships, revenue operations and commercial growth roles.
- Proven record of generating leads, managing strategic accounts, closing high-value deals, meeting revenue targets, preparing proposals, negotiating with clients and growing business relationships in a competitive environment.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong enterprise sales, business development, account management, client acquisition, negotiation and revenue-growth skills with the ability to convert serious prospects into paying clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, proposal-writing, relationship management, commercial intelligence and stakeholder engagement skills for dealing with senior executives, corporate clients, investors and strategic partners.
- Strong pipeline management, sales reporting, market research, CRM usage, follow-up discipline, target tracking and cross-selling ability across UR9's business interests.
Salary
N250,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
