SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant

Role Summary

• An experienced SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Cash & Bank Management and Controlling to design, develop and implement SAC reporting, dashboards, planning and analytics solutions.
• The resource will work closely with Finance, Treasury, Cash Management, Controlling and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into SAC analytical and planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Analytics Cloud:

• Design and develop SAC Stories, dashboards and analytical applications.
• Develop executive-level dashboards for CFO, Treasury and Finance management.
• Create SAC models including:
  • Dimensions,Measures,Hierarchies,Calculations,Variables,Time dimensions
  • Develop interactive dashboards using charts, tables, KPIs, filters and drill-downs.
  • Configure Data Actions, Multi Actions, Advanced Formulas and Allocations.
  • Configure planning versions, forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Implement SAC security, roles, teams and data access controls.
  • Perform SAC performance tuning and optimization.
  • Support SAC deployment across development, QA and production environments.

Cash & Bank Management:

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Cash Management is preferred.
• The consultant should be capable of developing SAC dashboards covering:
• Cash Position,Bank account balances,House bank / bank account analysis,Daily cash position,Cash inflow and outflow,Liquidity forecast,Cash flow forecast,Actual vs forecast cash flow,Bank statement analysis,Bank reconciliation KPIs,Working capital,Customer collections,Vendor payments,Short-term liquidity requirements,Cash concentration,Intercompany cash movements,Cash flow categories,Liquidity planning,Treasury KPIs
• Experience with SAP Bank Account Management (BAM) and Bank Communication Management (BCM) would be an advantage.

SAP Finance:

• Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance and the ability to translate Finance requirements into SAC reporting solutions.
• Required understanding of: General Ledger,Accounts Payable,Accounts Receivable,Asset Accounting,Bank Accounting,Financial Closing,Journal entries,Profit & Loss,Balance Sheet,Cash Flow Statement,Actual vs Budget,Financial KPIs,Company code and business area reporting,Profit Centre,Segment reporting,Financial planning and forecasting

SAP Controlling:

• Good understanding of SAP CO reporting and analytics, including:Cost Centre Accounting,Profit Centre Accounting,Internal Orders,Product Costing – preferred,Cost allocation,Assessment and distribution,Plan vs Actual,Cost Centre plan/actual analysis,Profitability analysis,Margin analysis,Contribution margin,Cost variance analysis.

S/4HANA Integration & Data:

• The consultant should understand how SAC consumes data from SAP systems, including:S/4HANA,SAP HANA,SAP BW/4HANA,SAP Datasphere – preferred,CDS Views,Analytical Queries,Embedded Analytics,Live connections,Import connections,Data integration and data validation
• Ability to work with technical teams to identify the appropriate CDS Views, analytical queries and data sources for SAC reporting.

Planning & Forecasting:

• Experience in SAC Planning is preferred, particularly for Finance:
• Annual budgeting,Cash-flow forecasting,Financial forecasting,Rolling forecast,P&L planning,Balance Sheet planning,Cost Centre planning,Liquidity planning,Scenario planning,What-if analysis,Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
