Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow Pitam’s customer base, increase sales, and strengthen awareness of the Pitam brand.

The successful candidate will support sales activities, customer relationship management, marketing initiatives, and market outreach while helping to maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Promote Pitam products to individuals, retailers, distributors, businesses, and other prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and market outreach activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities.
• Gather customer and market feedback and report relevant information to management.
• Support the achievement of company sales targets and business development goals.
• Represent Pitam professionally during customer visits, meetings, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build and successfully manage customer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable approaching potential customers.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
