Sales Team Lead

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead to drive business growth by leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salary loan sales, proven leadership experience, and a track record of consistently delivering sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products across assigned markets
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and ensure productivity goals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experiencein financial services sales, with a strong focus on salary loans and investment products.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Must be resident in Asaba-Delta state.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary: N230,000 – N300,000 / month (based on experience).
