- Visit dealers, partners, and customers to support aftersales and service operations.
- Coordinate device pickup and delivery activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
- Promote company repair and aftersales services in the market.
- Follow up on pending cases, customer complaints, and escalations.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activities.
- Support achievement of SLA, TAT, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field operations, sales support, or aftersales service.
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile device services.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
