- As we grow, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Associate who is passionate about startups, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with business communities, creators, ecosystem partners, and organisations.
- Drive customer acquisition by introducing Erayti to vendors and small business owners.
- Plan and execute partnership campaigns that increase user adoption.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners and customers.
- Represent Erayti at relevant startup, technology, and business events when required.
- Track outreach, partnerships, leads, and growth performance.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to accelerate Erayti’s growth.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, growth, or community building.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship management.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passionate about technology, startups, and helping small businesses succeed.
- Based in Lagos, Nigeria.
