Job Summary

The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, growing online communities, and driving brand visibility through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Develop graphics, short-form videos, reels, promotional materials, and educational content related to solar energy solutions.
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of installations, customer testimonials, projects, and company activities.
• Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content strategies.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Grow online communities and improve audience engagement.

Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
• Promote solar products, services, and special offers through digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns that support business objectives.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Monitor competitors' activities and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
• Excellent photography, videography, and video editing skills.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience running social media advertising campaigns is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
