We're looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social strategy: growing our presence, driving engagement, building brand awareness, and supporting customer acquisition through content that actually performs.
What you'll do
Develop and run a social media strategy aligned with business and marketing goals
- Manage and grow LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook
- Create, curate, and publish content: graphics, video, captions
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Track trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to shape content strategy
- Analyze performance (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly
- Manage the content calendar and keep posting consistent
- Engage the community: comments, messages, reputation
- Oversee paid social campaigns and optimize for ROI
- Report on KPIs with insights that actually change what we do next
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong grasp of social platforms, tools, and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
- Comfortable with content tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, basic video editing
- Working knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
- Sharp writing, sharp analysis, fast-paced environment
