The Video Editor / Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, videos and other visual content for property marketing, social media, advertising campaigns and corporate communications. The ideal candidate should be able to transform ideas, property listings and marketing briefs into visually compelling content that attracts attention and supports lead generation and sales. Key Responsibilities
- Create graphics for social media, property listings, advertisements, campaigns and marketing materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Produce property tour videos, promotional videos, reels and other real estate content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects and motion graphics where appropriate.
- Develop creative concepts for property marketing campaigns.
- Edit photographs and other visual materials for property listings.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop content that supports business and sales objectives.
- Maintain consistency with the Company's brand identity across all creative materials.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats for various digital platforms.
- Keep up with current graphic design, video editing, social media and real estate marketing trends.
- Deliver work within agreed deadlines.
