Quality Assurance Coordinator

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with travel to company locations as required)
Desol Medical Solutions & G Solutions Network Services are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to drive quality improvement across our healthcare, education, digital, and business service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality standards, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance with company policies.
- Analyse customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare quality reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Train staff on quality processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance, compliance, operations, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with quality management systems is an advantage.
