Sales and Marketing Specialist

Role Description
- The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Abuja in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving revenue growth and brand visibility for BCN Nigeria. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and presenting tailored connectivity and managed service solutions to meet customer needs.
- The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, preparing proposals, conducting product and service demonstrations, and supporting training activities for partners and clients.
- The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives, track performance metrics, and provide feedback to enhance customer experience and market penetration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to present technical offerings clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, lead conversion, and account management in B2B or telecommunications-related environments.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, including supporting sales teams or partners and contributing to structured sales processes.
- Knowledge of broadband, connectivity, or ICT services, and familiarity with the needs of enterprise, government, and SME customers.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Abuja, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales and marketing targets within set timelines.
