Food Production Analyst - Entry Level

Job Description
- Food Production Analyst is responsible for assisting and occasionally leading, multifunctional teams in the analysis, design, development, and releasing of new products or product enhancements.
- The Place Restaurant is actively looking to improve product usability and quality through better user interaction design and quality assurance.
- We are looking for talented BSc Holder, preferably female who loves food, very smart & with good attention to details.
- Responsibilities would include: Research, Process Documentation & Improvement, Product Development, Market research & surveys, Problem Solving, Restaurant visits & product monitoring.
Qualifications
- ND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in a food science related area
- A catering training or culinary internship experience is required
- Minimum of 2:1 class of degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft software development tools.
- Must be residing in Lagos.
