Job Summary

• We are looking for a courteous and energetic Waitress to deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. 
• The Waitress will provide excellent customer service by attending to guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
• Take and relay customer orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and service delivery.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.

Experience:

• Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Salary
N70,000 per month.
