- The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other infrastructure projects within the university.
Specifically, the candidate will be expected to:
- Design and develop architectural plans and specifications.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with designs and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and other professionals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidates must possess a good university Degree in Architecture/ Environmental Design not lower than Second Class Lower Division from a recognised university plus a Master's degree in the above discipline, or a good university degree not below Second-Class Lower Division from a recognised university
- Three years of cognate post-qualification experience.
- The candidate must be registered with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and must be computer literate.
