Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the organization's brand identity and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable reports.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials and promotional content.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
