Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and proven experience in the hospitality or QSR industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Drive upselling and suggestive selling initiatives across all customer-facing staff.
- Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve profitability.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained.
- Prepare operational reports, sales reports, and performance updates for management.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
