Marketing Officer (Garment Production)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through outdoor and on-ground marketing activities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for physically visiting businesses, corporate offices, schools, and organizations to promote the company’s products and services, secure bulk orders, and build long-term client relationships.
• This role is strictly field-based and requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging clients face-to-face.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor marketing and sales visits to corporate offices, schools, event planners, and organizations.
• Identify and generate leads for bulk orders (uniforms, corporate wear, event outfits, etc.).
• Pitch products and services directly to potential clients and decision-makers.
• Distribute company profiles, samples, and promotional materials during visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company targets.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times during client interactions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
• Proven experience in outdoor/physical sales and client acquisition
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching and engaging clients physically (door-to-door, office visits, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the Abuja market (Wuse, Maitama, Garki, and surrounding areas)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month based on experience.
