Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong pharmaceutical industry experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive market growth, brand visibility, and product performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead brand management and product positioning initiatives across assigned portfolios
- Conduct market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, Medical, and Commercial teams to drive business performance
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvement strategies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals and industry partners
- Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
- Track marketing KPIs and provide periodic performance reports to Management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, or a related discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
- 5 - 10 years progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical product marketing and brand management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
