- Applicants must possess a minimum of an Ordinary Diploma/Certificate in Library & Information Sciences from a University/Polytechnic.
- Computer/IT literacy is compulsory.

- Contact information (mobile and email);
- Educational history and qualifications;
- Publications as appropriate;
- Administrative experience & record of service in Universities
- Names and Contacts of three Referees, each of whom should be requested by the applicant to forward a report with subject: Reference Report on the Candidate (Name of candidate & Office Applied for).
Submission of Referees Reports:
- Applicants should provide valid email addresses of their referees in the application form.
- Applicants are advised to ensure that their referees submit reports on or before the closing date, as only applications with complete referee reports will be considered.
