Hotel Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Guest Services:
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service.
• Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel employees.
  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure teamwork across departments.
• Operations Management:
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
  • Ensure all departments operate smoothly.
• Financial Management:
  • Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
  • Increase revenue through effective pricing and occupancy strategies.
  • Review financial reports and control costs.
• Health and Safety:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Marketing and Sales:
  • Promote the hotel to attract guests.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and corporate clients.
• Inventory and Maintenance:
  • Monitor hotel supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in hotel operations, often beginning in supervisory or departmental management roles.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 per month.
