Assistant Mobility Administrator

Role Summary

• Support the Mobility Administrator with rider and customer onboarding, records, field activities, follow-up, community engagement, service coordination, and routine operational reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper Division) or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Transport/Logistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in administration, operations, logistics, customer service, field coordination, or a similar role.
• Good communication, teamwork, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.

Employment Terms

• This postion is intended as full-time employment 
• Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
• Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
