Learning & Development Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
• Master’s or professional L&D qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery or Talent Development (manufacturing sector preferred).
• Hands-on experience designing blended learning, running classroom workshops and managing e-learning content.
• Experience with LMS administration, assessments and training evaluation methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, ability to liaise with clients, line managers and external vendors.
• Excellent facilitation, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with authoring tools is a plus.

Requirements:

• Able to develop and implement learning strategy, SOP and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Able to design competency frameworks and career development pathways for technical and non-technical staff
• Strong analytical skills to analyse training data and prepare reports
• Able to design and produce training materials, including e-learning courses
• Able to conduct training needs assessments across departments (production, quality, maintenance, safety, etc.).
• Able to implement blended learning approaches (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training).
• Strong knowledge of Talent Life Cycle, from initial hiring to senior leader development
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience of designing and delivering a variety of learning, leadership development, talent and OD solutions
• Strong project management and focused execution skills.
