Job title : Estate Supervisor – Uppertec Estate, Lifecamp

Uppertec Estate Residents’ Association is seeking a proactive and well-organized Estate Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate. The estate’s operational structures are already in place; the successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be to supervise, coordinate, and ensure that all service providers perform to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Estate Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the estate, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, security, maintenance, and overall service delivery.
• Manage Service Providers: Supervise and monitor the performance of security personnel, cleaners, gardeners, artisans, and other contractors, ensuring accountability and adherence to agreed service standards.
• Coordinate Maintenance: Identify maintenance needs, obtain quotations where required, oversee repair works, and ensure residents’ complaints and operational issues are resolved promptly.
• Support Estate Administration: Maintain estate records, prepare periodic operational and financial reports, assist with approved account withdrawals and transfers, and support the implementation of Residents’ Association decisions and approved budgets.
• Liaise with Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact between residents, the Residents’ Association, service providers, and external stakeholders, including AEDC, the Water Board, waste management authorities, and other relevant agencies.

Location: Uppertec Estate, Lifecamp, Abuja.
