Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• Managing Banex Mall Limited is seeking a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing activities, promote its facilities and services, attract customers and generate business opportunities.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, supporting event activations, engaging prospective clients and contributing to increased mall visibility, footfall and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the mall, its tenants, facilities and services.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Design promotional materials, flyers, adverts and other marketing content.
• Support the marketing and promotion of event halls, available commercial spaces and mall activations.
• Identify potential customers, corporate clients, business partners and event organisers.
• Support lead generation and follow-up activities to convert prospects into customers.
• Coordinate promotional activities, exhibitions, events and other mall marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with tenants, customers, vendors and external partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Support advertising, sponsorship and promotional partnerships.
• Track marketing campaign performance, customer engagement and leads generated.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results and business opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales, Leasing, Events and Operations teams to achieve the company's commercial objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be assessed based on:

• Marketing campaigns executed.
• Growth in social media engagement and brand visibility.
• Qualified leads generated.
• Marketing materials and promotional content delivered.
• Support provided for venue bookings and commercial sales.
• Customer and tenant engagement.
• Events and activations successfully promoted.
• Marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities identified.
• Timeliness and quality of marketing reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, brand promotion or sales support.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills, preferably using Canva or similar applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.
• Ability to generate ideas, execute campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics, lead generation and campaign reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
• Must be proactive, creative, organised and results-oriented.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
