Marketing Officer

Job Purpose
- The Marketing Officer will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities to increase brand awareness, promote the company’s products and services, generate leads, and support business growth.
- The role includes market research, campaign coordination, content development, customer engagement, digital marketing, and monitoring marketing activities to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research and monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
- Create and manage content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Support sales activities by generating leads, following up on prospects, and promoting the company’s products.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to identify business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
- Assist with product launches, exhibitions, trade fairs, events, and other promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Track and report on marketing and sales activities, leads, campaigns, and results.
- Ensure marketing activities align with company objectives and approved budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Agriculture or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in veterinary/animal health, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or related industries is an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and basic sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
