Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

  • We're looking for a customer-focused individual to join our team. If you're organized, creative, and great with people, this might be your next role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Oversee all social media platforms
  • Client & Visitor Reception

Requirements
Must-Have Skills:

  • Social media savvy.
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attend to clients and visitors.

Who You Are:

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
