Luxury Retail Business Manager (Luxury Fashion Brand)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead our Abuja store operations and drive sales growth, business development, and brand visibility.
• The Luxury Retail Business Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Abuja outlet, driving sales performance, leading and developing store associates, building strategic partnerships, and representing the brand to high-value customers and stakeholders.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the brand's presence within Abuja's luxury retail market while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
• Manage daily operations, presentation, and overall store performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and strategic partners.
• Identify and execute business development, networking, and partnership opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate sales.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at events, client meetings, and other business engagements.
• Ensure excellent customer experience, inventory accountability, and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, premium fashion retail, luxury watches, jewelry, lifestyle brands, or a similar high-end retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to drive sales, close high-value transactions, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Strong business development, networking, negotiation, and partnership management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing retail operations and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with luxury retail brands is a strong advantage.
• Existing network within Abuja's corporate, business, or luxury lifestyle community is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 monthly and above (depending on experience).
