Business Development & Marketing Officer

About the role
- This combined role involves supporting business development by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition and partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth.
- Additionally, the role supports marketing and communications activities, promoting the organisation's services, supporting brand and campaigns, and contributing to client engagement and growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
- Support client acquisition, proposals, and partnership development.
- Build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Support market and competitor analysis.
- Support pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with marketing, managed-care, and clinical functions.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications.
- Support brand management and service-promotion activities.
- Produce marketing content and coordinate channels and media.
- Support events, client engagement, and outreach.
- Support market research and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with business-development and managed-care functions.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
Experience:
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client-facing roles; experience in Marketing, Communications, or related roles.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of business-development and client-acquisition practice.
- Relationship-building and communication skillsCommercial awareness.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Drive and initiative.
- Knowledge of marketing and communications practice.
