You will dispatch contractors, track job completion, manage regional spares, and ensure every installation and fault resolution meets ipNX's quality standards. This is a coordination-heavy role that keeps field operations running smoothly across your assigned region.What You Will DoDispatch contractors within 2 hours of request — matching the right person to the right jobTrack all field jobs in real time via the FSM platform and escalate delays promptlyManage regional spares inventory — ensuring materials are always available for deploymentsVerify completed jobs against quality standards before closureCoordinate fibre splicing crews, ensure OTDR testing is completed and documentedOnboard and train new contractors on ipNX standards and FSM app usagePrepare daily dispatch reports and weekly regional performance summariesYou Are the Right Fit If You Have:✅ Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field ✅ 3–5 years in field operations, technical coordination, or logistics roles ✅ Experience coordinating contractors or field technicians ✅ At least ONE mandatory certification — CompTIA Network+, MikroTik MTCNA, or CFOS/T ✅ Familiarity with fibre optic installations and OTDR testing ✅ Experience with workforce management or ticketing systems ✅ Strong MS Office skills — Excel, Word, OutlookBonus: Cisco CCNA | PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation | ITIL v4 | Valid driver's licenseDo Not Apply If:You have no experience coordinating contractors or managing field logisticsYou are not familiar with fibre optic installations or field documentationYou are not comfortable working flexible hours for urgent dispatches📍 Lagos | Full-Time | Moderate Regional TravelDeadline is 30th June 2026 but don't stall apply early.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 days of receiving your application.#Hiring #FieldOperations #FibreOptics #Telecoms #NigeriaJobs #ipNX #Lagos #ICTJobs #ManagedServices #FieldEngineer
