School Accountant

Key Responsibilities
- Manage school fees, student billing, receipts, outstanding balances, and debtors’ reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenditure, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process approved payments and maintain proper records of expenses and vendor transactions.
- Assist with budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and staff-related payments in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain audit-ready financial records.
- Monitor financial transactions to prevent errors, unauthorised spending, and duplicate payments.
- Prepare regular financial reports and provide relevant information to Management for decision-making.
