Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in developing and executing digital strategies, driving online engagement, and converting digital audiences into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, search, email, content, and other digital channels.
• Plan, manage, and optimise digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Manage the organisation’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Analyse campaign performance, website traffic, audience behaviour, and other digital metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Collaborate with creative and commercial teams to develop compelling digital content and campaigns.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to inform digital marketing strategies.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and other initiatives to improve digital visibility and conversion.
• Use analytics and performance data to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of UI/UX designs, ensuring websites and digital platforms deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business and customer requirements into effective digital experiences.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, paid advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with UI/UX design principles and tools is required.
• Strong understanding of user journeys, website optimisation, conversion, and digital customer experience.
• Proficiency with relevant digital marketing, analytics, design, and content creation tools.
• Strong analytical, creative, communication, and project-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive measurable marketing results.
