Requirements
- Must be a graduate (minimum of First Degree or HND as applicable)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a secretarial/executive support role
- Computer-savvy with strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Smart and proactive with the ability to think outside the box and support management effectively
- Must be available for immediate employment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Group Managing Director
- Manage scheduling of meetings, appointments and organisation of documentations
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Handle email/communications and ensure follow-up on action points
- Attend Board meetings
