Job Summary
- We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Primary School Class Teacher to deliver quality education and support the academic and personal development of pupils.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, classroom management, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Teach core primary subjects (English, Mathematics, Basic Science, etc.)
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline
- Assess and evaluate pupils’ academic performance
- Prepare lesson notes, assignments, and tests
- Maintain accurate student records and reports
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management
- Support pupils’ social and emotional development
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of NCE / Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- 2–3 years teaching experience in a primary school (preferred)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and working with children
- Ability to prepare lesson plans and deliver effectively
Added Advantage:
- TRCN registration
- Experience with modern teaching methods and classroom technology
- Strong subject mastery in core primary subjects.
