Head of Finance

Job Summary
- As the Head of Finance, you will oversee the company's financial strategy, planning, reporting, and operations while driving financial sustainability, risk management, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Ensure effective financial controls, statutory compliance, and risk management.
- Lead the finance team and drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ICAN, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in senior management.
- Proven experience in strategic financial management within FMCG, manufacturing, or agribusiness.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, treasury, risk management, and investment analysis.
Salary
N2,500,000 – N3,000,000 Monthly Net.
