Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell loan products to boost sales. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring retention and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with teams to streamline customer onboarding and improve sales strategies.
- Telemarketing OfficerMinimum of ONDHND/B.Sc.
- Must have formal or informal sales experience.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, and comprehension. Persuasive, self-driven, and excellent at managing time. Resilient, self-motivated, and excellent at time management.
Benefits and Place of Work
- Basic Salary: N75,000-120,000 (Plus Commission）
- Airtime Allowance: Provided for communication support Year-End Bonus: For good performance
