• A fast-growing plastic recycling company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient plant operations.

• ‎JOB SUMMARY:

  ‎The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all production processes to ensure targets are achieved efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage workforce productivity in a manufacturing environment.

• ‎KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  ‎* Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• * Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets.
• * Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• * Supervise production staff, operators, and supervisors.
• * Minimize downtime, waste, and operational costs.
• * Prepare production reports and performance analysis.
• * Coordinate with other departments including maintenance, Management, and quality control.
• * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production unit.

• ‎REQUIREMENTS:

  ‎* Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Production, Manufacturing, or related field.
• * Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing or recycling company.
• * Strong leadership and team management skills.
• * Good knowledge of production planning and process management.
• * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• * Experience in plastic recycling or manufacturing is an added advantage.
