- We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accounts Executive to support our finance operations and contribute to the company's continued growth.
- If you are passionate about accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Preparing and filing all statutory taxes within the stipulated timelines
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist during audits and provide required documentation.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) will be added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
