About the Role
- We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage client enquiries, provide timely support, maintain positive client relationships, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Job Summary
- The Customer Service Officer will serve as a key point of contact for clients and prospective customers, responding to enquiries, resolving complaints, providing information on properties and services, and supporting overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about available properties and company services.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with clients and prospects.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enquiries.
- Support clients throughout their engagement with the company.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure enquiries and leads are properly followed up.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring concerns to management.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or a similar role.
- Experience in real estate or a customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N160,000 per month.
