- These is a full-time, on-site roles for professional with strong leadership ability, technical expertise, sound judgment, integrity and proven experience in their respective fields.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related field; a Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- Professional certification or training in procurement, supply chain management, contract management, project management and/or strategic sourcing is a necessity.
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, supplier performance management and/or supply chain operations; preferably within a group or project-based organization.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, vendor negotiation, contract planning, cost optimization and category management skills across UR9 Group's business units.
- Excellent knowledge of contract administration, supplier risk management, procurement compliance, tender processes, pricing analysis, purchase planning and service-level agreement management.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, reporting. and decision-making skills for coordinating procurement needs across construction, operations, finance, logistics, and management teams.
Salary
N300,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
